Reporting to the Head Chef the successful candidate will have a passion for delivering fresh, local, quality cuisine in our popular 130 cover restaurant and bar area.
You will need to be flexible and able to work under pressure in all areas of the kitchen.
The position is full time and includes evening and weekend work.
Experience preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided, we will also help and support you through cookery qualifications, these are work based through the local college.
Hours would be approx 45 per week
rate of pay would be £8.25 per hour
Live in charge would be £52.85 per week and would include breakfast/lunch and dinner
