Piotrkowska Street

Another unmissable place in Łódź is the massive Manufactura Centre, open to the public in 2006 after 7 years of extensive restoration work, as the centre is located on the grounds of a renovated 19th century textile factory complex.

Salt Caves
Salt cave is the latest and original method of application of rock salt and the Dead Sea salt for inhalation, rehabilitation, prophylactics and health protection.
You will find a specific micro climate with its exceptional bacteriological cleanliness in our salt caves.
The air inside our salt caves is saturated with minerals and trace minerals including energised water and protection from bad radiation.
Relaxation therapy is associated with advantageous negative ionisation. The air in the cave includes: selenium, iodine, calcium, potassium, magnesium, and several other elements found in natural salts used from many parts of the world.
The aim of the salt cave is to achieve and maintain an ideal micro climate, rich in elements and micro elements, which has a positive effect on human body.
Through the use of simple and natural equipment such as brine graduation towers, water cascades in various shapes a micro climate infused with humid conditions is achieved; which is a perfect treatment for inhalation, and highly effective against all main types of allergy, asthma and diseases of respiratory system, and which aids in the treatment of neuroses, depression, exhaustion, diseases of circulatory system and several other medical conditions.
Changing the humidity in the cave from 40% to 90% allows patients with various conditions to benefit.

The length of each salt caves session varies from 45 to 60 minutes depending each client's needs, their age and initial assessment.
Sessions last 45 minutes for children and 1 hour for adults each day and may range from 5 to 24 days.
Oxygen Bars

Customers inhale oxygen through a plastic hose (cannula) inserted into their nostrils. And many clients opt for the "flavoured" oxygen produced by pumping oxygen through an aroma en route to the nose.
This oxygen is produced from the ambient air by an industrial oxygen concentrator and "inhaled" through a nasal cannula. The oxygen experience in a bar can last from a few minutes to about 20 minutes, depending on customers' preferences.
