We work closely with a property management company who let property nationwide on either a room rental or whole house let basis. We believe we could be of service to you if you recruit staff from out of the area that may need to rent rooms or property on a fully inclusive or exclusive basis.

We have a number of properties that are brand new, furnished and fully equipped - some are ex-show homes. What's more, if rent is all inclusive and includes the following:

All utility bills.
Council Tax
TV Licence

We have rooms starting at £65pw for a single with shared bathroom facilities up to £100 pw for a large double.

For those on smaller incomes who are willing to share a room, two people can share some of the larger bedrooms at a cost of £65 per person per week on a fully inclusive basis. If you prefer to let staff take responsibility for their bills, we can start rents at £50 per week.

Discount available for whole house lets.
